It was clean. It was close to downtown like 5 minutes drive. We visited Christ of the Ozarks which was really impressive. If you go check out the cross that is on display just to the North of the statue. There is something special for those that seek it out. Food was decent for a breakfast included. Beds were comfortable. Not too soft but firm enough to give support so back doesn’t ache. staff was very friendly and helpful to make our stay great.

Breakfast was really good, hot and fresh everyday. Attendants were also very friendly. I had asked if I could have a package delivered there, and when I arrived, the front desk clerk told me she could see the note about my package on my reservation. They kept the package up front until I came to get it in the evening. Overall, the customer service was phenomenal.

We loved the value, great car parking within easy reach of downtown Eureka Springs. We loved the pool. We also really appreciated the front desk service particularly from the lovely Cheryl. We liked that housekeeping was only available on request and the room was a good size.

The flowers were gorgeous! The pool area was nice even just sitting. Several different places to soak up nature and decompress. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Everyone nice. We would stay again

Our tv did not work when we got there and Justin the maintenance went above and beyond to get us a new one.We even booked a room the night before on last minute and they let us stay in the same room instead of leaving for a couple hours and coming back to check in.

The location was excellent the rooms were great we love the saltwater pool and the service was excellent as they helped with my disability by giving rides to the excellent breakfast facilities and offering extra help

Trolly ride was awesome! We paid for a full day 6.00 each and just spend the whole afternoon at the historic district. Friendly staff and tourists too. We met so many people. Great mother, daughter and niece vacation. We’ll definitely see you all again!

room was clean and reasonably priced and at a good location. property was decorated beautifully for christmas which is the first thing that caught our eye. we ended up staying a 2nd night on a separate reservation.

Great location & beautiful grounds - well kept and unique with a peaceful garden and a fountain! Room was enormous and the jetted tub was very relaxing.

Well maintained three level hotel. Room clean and comfortable. Beautiful plants around pool and additional areas. Good breakfast in cute building off parking and wooded area. The person at check in was very helpful.
